TGR Way of Life Whistler Was A Sweet Way of Life Indeed

No ramp up to winter is complete without Doglotion.com's annual pre-season rager. Biased? Maybe. But judging by some of these photos we're pretty sure we weren't the only ones having a good time.

Millennium Place theatre was bumpin' as a double header night of TGR 'Way of Life' premierese got underway. Doglotion.com primed the crowd with Gaper Day 2013, then TGR proved once again why they OWN the big mountain freeskiing film genre. They came out swinging this year, with some good old, hard charging, unadulturated big mountain gnar. Well done TGR!

But when the film credits rolled, the night was far from over. The legendary local Led Zeppelin cover band 'A Whole Lotta Led' had just started laying into their first few songs at the Longhorn Saloon, and we had a LOT of beer to start drinking from the awesome crew at Hells Gate Brewing. Recipe for awesomeness? Oh yes.

The band crushed it, as did the longest standing partiers who refused to leave until we dished out the Atomic skis from Comor Sports and the mac daddy 2-Day Catskiing trip from Backcountry Snowcats! Can you blame them?

Huge thanks to everyone who came out! These shows and parties wouldn't be the same without you. Hell, there'd be no show or party without you.

And a major thanks to all the venues and sponsors who make this annual rager come to life… Backcountry Snowcats, Hells Gate Brewing, Atomic, TGR, Longhorn Saloon, Comor Sports, Surefoot Whistler, The North Face, The Ski Journal, SBC Skier, Whistler Blackcomb, Clif Bar, G3 Genuine Guide Gear, Millennium Place, A Whole Lotta Led, Sony, Red Mountain Resort, and whoever else we forgot!

This is how Larry trains for the Freeskiing World Tour.

And we thought the ski give-away was exciting. Obviously this chick sees something (or someone) even better in the crowd. Watch out, whoever you are. Watch out.

Yup, that pretty much sums it up. And thanks for the photos Longhorn!
