Winter can take it's sweet time. We know it's coming, so why not stay summer until the last minute, then switch to winter on a dime. Why?

Just got my hands on some kite gear and finally got a chance to get out on the water at The Spit in Squamish. Damn, what a sport. Not many other sports where you can chuck 100ft airs on a whim, where you actually have to try to stay on the earth (or water), and can go absolutely silly speeds with the flick of a wrist (ok, not including crotch rockets).

Probably the lamest photo ever taken of Mat on a kite, and he'll probably punch me for posting it. Long story short, he rips, and this photo is funny so I'm sharing it with the world.
