Man, disasters a plenty at the ski resorts just outside of Santiago Chile, keeping local fire fighters plenty busy. A big fat snowstorm rolled in, so heavy that we knew we wouldn't be skiing for a solid 2 days. Hmmmm, where to go, where to go. After 3 epic trips to Las Lenas, Argentina, this might be the first time we head to South America and skip it, but... we'll see. Iqueque, Chile - You know when contsruction sites, sky scrapers, and perfect, palm tree lined board walks make you feel safer your culture back home is messed up.
Chile is not Peru. The taxi driver said Pinochet was a great man, he got rid of prostitution, drugs, and crime. He also said he didn't like Peru.
