This is just rediculous. What a start to the winter. Whistler has been epic. I missed today's action but the peak is sched to open for tomorrow and it's going to be silly. Meanwhile, I read skerboy's post about Fernie going mental, and then to boot, at work I get sent a link... http://www.mtbaker.us/snowreport/index.htm - to Mt Baker's snow conditions...   "Our STORM TOTAL for the past 4 days is now 75 inches. WE NOW HAVE THE DEEPEST SNOWBASE OF ANY SKI AREA IN NORTH AMERICA! The series of cold fronts that have been coming to us from Alaska are keeping the forecasts looking great with significant amounts of snowfall expected on into the weekend and freezing levels possibly as low as 500 feet! With our base at 94 inches, there is a good chance we will reach the 100 inch mark this weekend!"
