Sneak Peek at Faction Skis for Fall 12

Always a treat to run into the Faction boyz at the cheesey SIA Tradeshow. They've been there done that, dodged angry bullets from Gene Simmons, and tend to have a good time at the show.

We caught up with the Fernie man himself Ross Janzen, who put up with my stupid questions and walked us through the Winter 12/13 ski line up that Faction has lined up.

Highlights? Well, obviously the monoski was the favourite! I mean where else are you gonna go for a modern, kick ass, early rise tip, well constructed mono board??? And available in Canada? Even better.

But for those of us who's ski day isn't complete without a spread eagle or daffy (both fairly impossible on a mono), Faction also makes their fare share of sweet lookin' pairs of skis. The Royale is back in action, as is the 3.0.

And Faction's top secret new collaboration was announced at the SIA show... the FA | CT line, aka the Faction and Candide Thovex collaboration. Same shapes as their other skis, but with clean graphics and a super light recycled PET core, whatever that is. It sure was light when we lifted'em.
