Fresh Firsts or Sloppy Seconds? Chamonix Diaries Part 3

So here I am in Chamonix, bewildered by how big the place is, almost stumped deciding what to ski because there's too many options. So inevitably I end up googling all the names of Chamonix classic ski descents, watch youtube videos of people cruisin' their way down the lines in all-time pow conditions, and I figure... hey I can do that. Funny how nobody ever shows the sketchy entrance, or the downclimb, or the rappel, or the hardpacked section at the top that leaves you sketching your way down edge by edge.

Well I guess I'm a bit guilty of that too, 'cause here's a quick little diddy from another amazingly fun day on the Couloir des Cosmique, minus the 100m of me doing some awesome 1990's downclimbing with skis on. What follows is some fun wind-blown snow that packed over the tracks from the day before.
