The California sun was out today as Day 1 of the Subaru Freeskiing World Championships went down at Kirkwood Mountain Resort, the final stop of the year. The line up was stacked with talent with this being the last chance to gain valuable points and the overall title up for grabs.

The 2nd stop of the 2010 Freeskiing World Tour is officially underway, with Day 1 going off as smooth as can be in North Bowl on Revelstoke Mountain Resort earlier today. Clouds held off, visibility was good, and if there were any soft landings left on the resort, this was the place to find’em.
